EIR Codes of Practice and Guidance
EIR affects all public authorities (even more than FOI) so this does affect you Defra has asked us to remind members that guidance and copies of the code of practice are available on their web site http://www.defra.gov.uk/corporate/opengov/eir/guidance/index.htm These documents are currently being reviewed and if you have any comments on them please let NAIM know on the forum so that we can make sure DEFRA are aware of your views.Posted Wednesday 18 January 2006.
